Yes, your lanyard will not have your name on it and so therefore you will be able to lend it out to a friend. Please make sure that you get your lanyard back for your next session as we cannot allow anyone to enter the hall without a lanyard.
Included is 3-day access to the entire Renaissance Conference, as well as a bottle of water each day.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at our on-campus coffee shop, Revive Cafe.
Unfortunately not. The doors will open 15 minutes before the event where you will be able to reserve your seat. Items will not be allowed to be left on the chairs to reserve your seat after the morning session for the evening session as well as for the next day. We will remove any items left behind.
There will be no child care or child care facilities available during the conference.
Due to Health and Safety regulations we are not allowed to have any more people in the hall than what we have planned for, and so kids will not be allowed to sit on the floor or on parents laps. If you would like your children to be a part of the sessions, then a full conference ticket will need to be bought for them.
